Flathead Supply Reviews

Clear shipping timeline: Flathead Supply says standard delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

Restock notices: The site says out-of-stock items can be requested and customers will be notified when they return.

Straightforward checkout terms: The store states all sales are final, which makes the refund policy explicit upfront.

No refunds: Flathead Supply states it does not offer refunds.

Final-sale policy risk: Because all sales are final, buyers have less protection if sizing, quality, or fit is unsatisfactory.

Complaint risk from public reviews: A Reddit thread about Flatheads includes reports of delayed shipping, no refunds, and automated replies, though these are unverified customer claims rather than company policy.

Quality concerns in reviews: The same Reddit thread also reports issues like lower comfort/durability than advertised, sweating, and sole separation.
